The content of Ni in zinc solution reaches 0.05%, which will play an optimization role on the coating, such as improving the brightness of the coating, reducing the coating thickness and inhibiting the Sandelin effect. Some studies have shown that adding different elements or compounds to the plating solution can improve the quality of the coating, and because of the low temperature environment and chemical properties of the plating solution agent, both elements and compounds are safer, faster and more economical than adding alloy elements to the zinc solution. However, there are few reports on the changes of Ni salt content in plating AIDS.

The changes of Ni salts are described in detail below: the content of nickel chloride has a significant influence on the morphology and thickness of the coating.

1. Within the concentration range of 0-6g/L, the weight gain of samples and the thickness of the coating decrease with the increase of nickel chloride content. Beyond a certain concentration range, it will not change with the increase of nickel chloride.

2. The content of NiCi can influence the morphology of fe-zn alloy layer. Nickel chloride will increase the thickness and refinement of the phase metal intermetallic compound phase, make the phase metal intermetallic compound phase more compact, and reduce the thickness of the phase metal intermetallic compound phase, basically have no effect on the phase metal simple compound phase, and protect the kui phase.
