3. The workpiece is damaged. Along with the development of the market and the demand of modern engineering, hot dip galvanized equipment from the original simple easy to complicate structure, large-scale development, many production need artificial auxiliary handling, flip, prone to knock against, parts.

4. Sling trauma. Hoisting belt, iron chain, lifting tools and other tools are easy to be corroded and aged in the production process. Rigidity and load should be checked when hoisting is selected.

In the process of hot galvanizing, the process safety inspection is very important, including the following points:

1. The hot galvanizing workshop must keep the air unimpeded and make full use of ventilation equipment to remove smoke and dust.

2. Angle steel and channel steel should carefully check the safety of the hanger before waiting for the plated workpiece to be hung and galvanized. If there is any corrosion or damage, stop using it immediately and replace it in time.

3. Prevent scald of zinc ash and zinc residue on human body. In the course of zinc ash disturbance and removal, the newly recovered zinc ash and zinc slag are very hot. If you do not pay attention to the touch, you will burn your hands and feet.

4. In the process of hot galvanizing, the zinc solution should be prevented from splattering, and the zinc pot should be "exploded", so as to avoid the scald of zinc solution on human body. There should be no standing water around the zinc pot, because it is easy for people to slide down, if water is brought into the zinc solution, it is easy to "explode zinc" and burn people. So in the process of hot galvanizing must do a good job of the safety protection of workers.

5. It is forbidden to play and play in the hot-dip galvanizing operation area, to cross all kinds of treatment tanks, zinc POTS, etc., and to walk on the surface of the groove and zinc pot table, so as to prevent the fall from causing casualties.

6. Before starting work, hot-dip galvanizing workers must wear labor protection and protective articles such as big toe shoes, eyes, hood, mask, sleeve, work clothes, etc., so as to avoid the occurrence of crushing and scald injuries.

7. Employees of hot-dip galvanizing are strictly prohibited to walk around under the crane. They are not allowed to hang and operate at will.

8. Employees of hot dip galvanization are strictly prohibited to work after drinking to avoid bump, fall and burn.

9. The recovery of zinc dust should be slow and steady, so as to avoid the flying of zinc dust and reduce the damage to human respiratory system.

10. During the production of zinc immersion, the working tools and workpieces in the zinc pot are prevented from colliding with the inner wall of the zinc pot intentionally or unintentionally.

11. In case of special circumstances, work on the surface of the zinc pot shall be carried out under the supervision of the guardian and protective measures shall be taken to prevent burns.

12. Employees in the process of zinc immersion are strictly prohibited from operating or misusing any process equipment other than those in the position, otherwise it will be deemed as a violation of regulations.

13. Employees shall have the right to stop irrelevant personnel from entering the work site.
