Up to now, hot-dip galvanizing line is an essential equipment in hot galvanizing industry. 1.Reduce the heat loss of hot dip galvanizing furnace and enhance the heat preservation of the furnace.

2.Reducing the exhaust emission temperature of the hot-dip galvanizing furnace

To achieve this goal, you can choose to use a high radiation tube to reduce the heat taken away. You can also use other measures to reduce exhaust gas temperature or increase waste heat utilization. After the hot air is dried, the strip steel, the quenching tank and the strip are passivated. After the gas and water are heated, the temperature will be reduced to below 200 degrees Celsius.

3.Increase the thickness of hot-dip galvanized wall and reduce the shell temperature of the furnace wall.

Increasing the thickness of the furnace wall will increase the input of construction, so you must find a balance between increasing input and obtaining energy saving value.

4.Choose a reasonable heating system

In order to effectively achieve energy saving and emission reduction, heating system is very important. You should choose different temperatures according to different materials to prevent waste of resources, so as to achieve the purpose of energy saving and emission reduction.
